I Found My Dream Home

So I just found my absolute dream  house.  I am in love.  This home, the former home to Elijah Locke, a native to Rye, NH, is a modernized colonial and I am just in love.  It’s down the street from Jenness Beach, probably one of my all time favorite summer spots, and just perfect.  I love it, I want it, and will probably be able to afford it in about 80 years, as its over $1 million dollars.  Yeah.  $1 MILLION.  I know you all are probably interested to see this million dollar home, so heres the link 5 Grove.

Now I know this is not one of Allen Family’s listings, but I had to share.  I’m going to be thinking about this property for the rest of my life!  I also got to thinking, “Hmm, I wonder, what do other people’s dream home consist of?  Do you want to be surrounded by woods, and bears, and foxes, and wild bugs?  Or a farmhouse?  Or do you want a beach house?  Or maybe a penthouse in NYC?  A house with a beautiful view on a lake?

I just can’t help but write about this article.  I will admit, I am an MSN fanatic.  I am on there every day, multiple times a day, browsing their healthy mix of pop culture and world interest articles.  They have every thing and anything you could ever look for.

They also have a kick-butt real estate section.  This section features some really neat home decor ideas, what and what not to do while buying or selling your home, and you can look for listings right there.  But this slideshow, this one takes the cake.

A New Year, A New Beginning

Welcome!

2013 is about to be our biggest year yet!  The market is looking up (FINALLY!), and we have a few things up our sleeves to share with you when the time is right!  For you, our readers, and potential clients, it’ll feel like its Christmas all the time!

This blog was created to provide you a first hand look at what we’re doing here in the office.  Both Gen and Michael will be updating the blog with posts on their experiences, vlogging about their listings, and giving you the inside scoop on the New Hampshire Seacoast real estate market.
